Fall Saturday SAVY, Week 3, Adventures in Algebra (3rd-4th)
Thank you, students and families, for a great session of Adventures in Algebra!
On our last day, we celebrated our math learning by creating, polishing, and playing math board games using the various skills we have learned over the past three sessions together. Students revised procedural writing, made a game board blueprint, developed and decorated a full game board, selected their preferred game pieces, and peer-reviewed each other’s games and directions.
We enjoyed the last hour of playing each other’s games and hope that you will also play as a family sometime this week! Students even took home a bag of extra pieces if they wanted to continue developing new games!
