Summer SAVY Session 6, Day 5, Intro to Chemical Engineering (Whiting)
What a great end to our week! We continued to test and improve our play dough process today. Students implemented and reflected on all parts of the engineering design process. When we made our best play dough yet, also known as Play Dough 4.0, students colored the play dough with food coloring and packed their creations for home.
Tonight, you can ask your engineers to show you their product and process! Each drew a diagram, which is in their green engineering folder. You can also ask how they felt when it wasn’t perfect. We had a lot of patience and problem-solving today!
