Summer SAVY Session 6, Day 5, Forces of Nature
The students wrapped up the week by creating their windmills!
They are very excited to share with their family. We hypothesized, tested and compared the different builds of blades and materials. It is so amazing the imagination, creativity and thought process each student has chosen during all of the discussions and activities this week. SAVY members stopped by to watch each team present their one-page posters of their different forces of nature. The students have been amazing engineers and scientists with plenty of curiosity, knowledge, and dedication. We are so proud of their growth over the week. I hope I will have another opportunity to work with your child next SAVY summer!! Enjoy learning about wind energy as your child flies their kites 🙂
