Summer SAVY 2019: Session 3, Day 5 – Powerful Programming (Rising 5th/6th)
Our last day was bittersweet. We’ve had a great week and we can’t believe how quickly it passed. We offered feedback to our peers during a gallery walk of all of the models we’ve created and used it to
make even more improvements to our own projects. While some students continued to edit their models and are free to do so at home by downloading it from the google folder, many students were satisfied with their creations and ready for new challenges! We spent time using our knowledge of mathematics to code agents to draw different shapes and put our skills to the test as we hacked games created by other NetLogo users.
During open house, we were proud to show off what we learned this week. We thank everyone who came to view our work. Have a great rest of the summer!
