Join the Summer Academy at Vanderbilt for the Young (SAVY) Team!

Housed within Programs for Talented Youth (PTY), a unit within Peabody College, Summer Academy at Vanderbilt for the Young (SAVY) hosts around 600 academically advanced elementary and middle school students through summer day programs on Peabody campus. SAVY students join us from around the country and world to immerse themselves in academically accelerated coursework to connect with other like-ability and like-interested students.

From supporting these students within the classroom to streamlining logistics and operations, SAVY offers undergraduate students, graduate students and professionals the opportunity to join a dedicated and mission-driven team. While facilitating wonderful experiences for SAVY students, SAVY staff have the opportunity to gain extensive classroom experience, develop their leadership and mentorship skills, practice community building, learn administration and communication strategies, and be a part of an encouraging and engaging team culture.
