Stacia first joined Programs for Talented Youth as a seasonal SAVY teammate in June 2017 and returned to SAVY full-time as the Director of Day Programs in 2025. A proud Nashville native with a background in elementary education, she is deeply passionate about supporting learners of all backgrounds and collaborating with educators. Stacia holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Middle Tennessee State University and an M.Ed. in Teaching English Learners from the American College of Education.

With over 12 years of experience in education, she has spent seven years as a public school teacher and five years in regional leadership roles, where she focused on hiring, professional development, and talent operations within K–12 settings. Stacia is driven by a commitment to helping others become their best selves through high-quality educational opportunities that empower individuals of all ages to grow and thrive.

In her spare time, she enjoys arranging flowers, gardening, reading, and savoring slow afternoons with her family.
