Holly Bullard, Ed.D.

Holly joined Programs for Talented Youth as a full-time team member in January 2022, after previously serving as the Head of Student Support in 2019 and Head of Academic Support in 2021. As the Director of Academics, she oversees and supports all academic components of PTY programming, including training and coaching instructors and mentors, assisting with curriculum planning and implementation, and managing students’ academic accommodations and needs. Holly has spent her entire career in the field of education from teaching within the public school system to preparing future educators at the university level to owning and directing educational tutoring and support centers. She holds an undergraduate degree in Education from Texas Tech University and two master’s degrees: one in Special Education from Texas Tech and one in Women’s Studies and Gender Studies with a minor in Spirituality from Loyola University Chicago. Her doctorate degree is in Special Education and Reading from Texas Tech University.
